Medical Data: Information about physical activity, heart rate, sleep quality, body mass index, calorie intake, medical indicators.

Device Data: Device model, operating system, application version.

Log Files and Analytics: Information about application usage, including IP address, visit time, errors, and interactions with features.

3. Requests for Access to Device Resources

Camera Access: We request camera access for scanning food and documents uploaded by users to the application. For example, a user may take a photo of their meal for nutritional recommendations.

Photo Gallery Access: We request access to the photo gallery for uploading images of meals and medical documents into the application. For example, a user may upload a photo of their medical tests for AI analysis.

Microphone Access: We request microphone access so that users can interact with the AI assistant via voice. For example, a user can ask health-related questions using voice input instead of text.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use personal data to generate reports with recommendations for health improvement. These reports are created by AI based on the information provided by the user. They are for recommendation purposes only and do not constitute medical conclusions.

5. Use of Neural Networks and AI

We utilize neural networks for data analysis. All user-provided data is processed by AI assistants, including ChatGPT (https://openai.com). It is important to note that recommendations generated by AI are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a medical diagnosis.

6. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in cases of legal requirements by government authorities.

We share data only with verified partners who strictly comply with confidentiality and security requirements to provide the following services:

• Data Analysis by AI: Data is processed by AI assistants (ChatGPT, https://openai.com).
• Analytics: Application performance assessment.
• Payment Processing: Subscription management through in-app purchases.
• Technical Support: Service quality improvement.

All third-party services are bound by strict confidentiality and security obligations.

7. Data Storage and Protection

We implement modern security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or leakage. Data is stored on secure servers with restricted access.

For European users: Data is stored on servers in Israel.

For U.S. users: Data is stored on servers in the USA.

Data is protected using AES-256 encryption.

8. User Consent

When registering in the application, we request your explicit consent for data collection, usage, and processing.

Users can request the deletion of their data through the application settings. Deletion requests are processed as soon as possible.

10. Use by Minors

The Healthy4u application is intended for users aged 18 and older. We do not collect or process data from children.

11. Subscription Terms

11.1. Plan Descriptions

• 1 Month — $22
• 6 Months — $115.50 (formerly $180)
• 12 Months — $198 (formerly $360)

Prices are subject to change and will be updated in the App Store.

11.2. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription automatically renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24–48 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal charges will be applied to the same Apple ID used for the initial purchase.

11.3. Cancellation & Management

You may cancel your subscription at any time by going to: Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Healthy4U.

11.4. Free Trial

First-time users may enjoy a 3-day free trial. At the end of the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the selected rate unless cancelled beforehand.

11.5. Daily Requests

Your subscription includes up to 20 service credits per day. Unused credentials do not roll over to the next day.

11.6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices and terms at any time. Changes take effect upon release of a new app version and your acceptance at the next purchase.

11.7. Refund Policy

All refund requests are governed by Apple's policies: request a refund via Report a Problem (reportaproblem.apple.com).

12. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may periodically update this Privacy Policy. You will be notified of any significant changes through the application or by email.
